Great staff throughout the building. I am a nurse, and when I tell you their patient care is outstanding it means something. The administrative staff from the start of the appointment, to the nurses that I met there you are all amazing, and made me feel very comfortable coming to talk about issues that are pretty uncomfortable to talk about. And to Angela, you are the best DNP I have seen personally as a patient, and thank you for all of the help, and for listening to me about going through some tough stuff. I want to say I am sorry I missed a few appointments lately and that is totally on me, and I understand that policy is policy. But I just wanted to leave a very sincere review because without you guys I would be in a very bad place. Thank you all again!

Dr. Carr is one of the finest! He is kind, caring, compassionate, a great listener. He is the kind of doctor that many people want to have, but sadly, never get the opportunity to find a doctor of this caliber. He takes his time with his patients. Has an excellent bedside manner. Very calming. I Highly recommend Dr. Benjamin Carr.

I see Angela, one of the nurse practitioners, and she is wonderful. I’ve enjoyed better mental health since I started seeing her six years ago. I’ve never had any problems getting refills or with the staff. Everyone is friendly. The staff also bring their own dogs sometimes to just roam around and get attention, which is fun for the kids. I have a serious mental illness that can be really difficult to treat but Carr Mental Wellness has helped me stay ahead of it. Highly recommended.

This practice was a Godsend. The office staff had to deal with non-stop calls with emergencies to the people calling, but compared to the list that they must prioritize maybe yours didn’t rank as highly as you would have liked. They are patient, professional and compassionate. I have personally witnessed patients treating them with very crass etiquette and yet they retained their composure which is more than I can say about myself in that moment. Treat people the way you want to be treated…. Period. ANGELA YOU ARE AS ALWAYS HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!

Dr Carr has helped me through a very tough time in my life. He’s very thoughtful and listens. He doesn’t just write down meds and send you on your way. He’s even invited me to bring my service dog next time I come. I don’t know what I’d be like now if I hadn’t started seeing him.
