I took my 2 year old there today for skin issue and everyone was really nice..even Dr Baum. I thought he would numb his little skin before scraping his face to remove some blistering bumps but he didn’t …he used an instrument called a curette. Hopefully my baby will heal completely. I would have felt a better if he had used a numbing cream first.
When I arrived, I signed in, filled out the paperwork, and waited to be called. There were quite a few people in the office, but I didn’t have to wait very long. Dr. Baum provided very great service. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. He was friendly, nice to my children, and had an overall a positive attitude. He made me feel at ease and the procedure was mostly pain free. (The numbing shot stings for like a split second.) I was worried after reading the other reviews, but I am so glad I chose this doctor!
Dr. Eric Baum successfully treated and cured my extreme cause of Alopecia areata. I will forever be grateful & thankful for his aggressive treatment & his dry sense of humor Thanks a million DOC!!
