New Covenant Church

New Covenant Church was founded in 1997 by Apostle Willie J. Smith, Jr. in Gadsden, Alabama, and was incorporated in April 1998. The church's vision is to unite the Body of Christ and make disciples through world evangelism that ministers to the whole person—spiritually, physically, and emotionally. New Covenant Church operates The Covenant Pantry, which provides food to approximately 120 families monthly, and The Covenant House, a transitional shelter for homeless women and children that opened in 2005.
