Founded by high school sweethearts Derian and Tyler Carden, The Chill Spot began as a mobile trailer before the couple established a permanent storefront in downtown Attalla. Went into the store and immediately greeted. Told us (me and my girlfriend) that they had 2 menus and proceeded to show us the other menu. Very quick to get our order. Had a velvet lolly waffle a banana split. With candy cane lane hot chocolate. And a tigers blood snow cone. Very amazing I have no complaint and I would definitely recommend this to other people that are passing by this place. Prices are eh but to me it was definitely worth it
Me and my fiancé tried The Chill Spot for the first time last night and we loved it. They were about to close and never once made us feel rushed we even ate inside. Before we left they made this new drink for the 4th and gave it to us for free. everything was 10/10! we got 4 lolly waffles, ice cream & a strawberry dubai cup barely over 20$
Took all the kids out for icecream this past Saturday night. Had seen a post for The Chill Spot on Facebook and decided to try them out. Very happy we did , we tried their chocolate icecream, strawberry icecream, shaved ice, salted caramel hot chocolate and lolly waffles. No complaints from any of us. The hot chocolate was so good and the lolly waffles were made fresh to order also really yummy. We will definitely be going back. Their location is in Attalla downtown and it’s super cute.
